Location: Richmond, CA

Job Details

Hourly Rate: $56/hr (overtime after 40)
Per Diem: $175/day (on 6 days perdiem if over 50 miles from project location)
Pay: Weekly
Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday | 0700 - 1700

Project Scope

You will oversee preliminary work for electrical conduit installation at an operational Amazon site. Knowledge of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and electrical safety practices is required.

Qualifications

Candidates must meet one of the following qualifications:

BA in Health and Safety with 3+ years of experience
CSP or CHST with 5+ years of experience
OSHA 500 or 510 with 7+ years of experience

Key Responsibilities

Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures
Proper barrier placement and hazard communication
Electrical safety standards
Amazon safety standards and expectations
Coordinating with contractors and adapting to site-specific policies, including

Skills & Knowledge

Skills:

Strong communication and public speaking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Effective organizational and multitasking capabilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
OSHA outreach training experience (preferred)
Professionalism and discretion with sensitive information

Knowledge:

In-depth understanding of EHS and construction industry regulations
Ability to clearly communicate safety protocols and regulatory compliance
