Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled COMMERCIAL HVAC Service Technician and MUST HAVE 2-5 Years experience in the field with service & repair on commercial water source H/P units, VRF units, G/E and H/P pkg units, maintenance services for commercial facilities, and warehouse structures, mini split systems, Multi Split VRFs, High Efficiency split systems, to come and join our team! In this role, you will perform service, repair, maintenance and some demo and retrofit work for all heating and air conditioning services in both commercial & residential and multi family establishments.

If you have 2 - 3 years of past experience as an HVAC service technician or installation role and hold an EPA certification with some sales experience, are team player who is comfortable working independently as well, you love the feeling of a job well done and take pride in completing jobs and goals with efficiency, enjoy working in a positive environment with a positive attitude and testing your limits! Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot & Repair or service heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems to improve efficiency, such as by changing filters, fixing ducts, refilling non-toxic refrigerants, replace parts and components,
• Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring and test electrical circuits or components for continuity, using electrical test equipment
• Inform customers about procedures and recommendations to keep them informed
• Establish customer rapport to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction
• Recommend replacements for equipment when repair cannot be completed, SALES!

Qualifications:

• 2 -3 years of past experience working as a service technician
• Valid Drivers License
• EPA Certification
• Experience with servicing, operation and maintenance of Pkg systems, water source H/P units, Multi Zone mini splits & VRFs, Heat pumps, Air handlers, Dual Fuel systems and Conventional gas systems.
• Ability to climb ladders, crawl, and lift 40 pounds
• Communicates well with others and has great communication chemistry
