Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This onsite Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position supports elementary students in Atascadero, CA, working across two school locations. The contract runs for the current school year and offers a dynamic role serving a caseload of approximately 55 students with mild to moderate communication needs.
Responsibilities include providing direct speech and language therapy to elementary-aged students, collaborating with educators and staff, and maintaining detailed documentation of student progress. The schedule is split between two schools, with three days at one location and two days at another, ensuring a balanced work routine.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) qualified to work in elementary school settings
- Experience with mild to moderate student caseloads preferred
- Ability to work onsite for the duration of the contract, managing therapy sessions effectively across multiple locations
- Willingness to work under supervision, as Soliant will provide the required SLP supervisor
- No SLPA support required for this role
