Job Description:
<ul>
<li>Conduct thorough evaluations, to include history, physical exam, ROS, and detailed history of symptoms s/p brain injury.</li>
<li>Create a comprehensive treatment plan to address all symptoms and update plans as needed.</li>
<li>Collaborate with Medical Assistants to ensure timely completion of prior authorization requests, requests from attorneys, and requests from patients.</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Amiable personality is a plus</li>
<li>Attention to detail</li>
<li>Can work every Mondays to Fridays</li>
<li>Licensed Nurse Practitioner</li>
<li>Tech savvy with knowledge in G-Docs, G-Sheets, etc.</li>
<li>Strong with English both written and spoken.</li>
<li>Preferably can speak Spanish but not required</li>
<li>Ability to commute/relocate.</li>
