Experienced Per Diem CHHAs – Alameda County

Service Area: Hayward, San Leandro, Castro Valley, Oakland

ACE Home Health Care & Hospice is a locally owned and operated provider serving Alameda, Contra Costa, and Santa Clara Counties. We are committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate home health care to our community.

We are seeking experienced California-certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) with a minimum of 1 year of home health field experience to join our per diem team.

Please Note: Home Health Experience Is Required
This position is exclusively for CHHAs with recent home health experience. Applicants who are CNAs only or who do not have home health field experience cannot be considered.

Minimum Qualifications:

Current California CHHA certification (required)
Minimum 1 year of paid home health field experience (required)
Current CPR certification
Valid CA driver’s license
Reliable personal transportation for daily patient visits
Bilingual Spanish/English a plus
