Key Responsibilities:

• Lead litigation matters: wage/hour, wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, class actions, and consumer claims.
• Provide outside litigation counsel services, including litigation, strategy, risk assessment, and case management.
• Collaborate with firm leadership and manage cases independently; supervise junior attorneys or staff when needed.

Requirements:

• Active California Bar license.
• 8+ years’ employment and commercial litigation experience.
• Strong judgment, work ethic, and commitment to results.
