Employment Paralegal – Full-Time | Hybrid | Downtown Los Angeles (DTLA)

We are seeking an experienced Employment Paralegal with trial experience to join our team. This is a hybrid role offering the opportunity to work on complex employment litigation matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft pleadings, routine motions, discovery responses, subpoenas, and trial documents
- Prepare exhibits and assemble appendices for motions and appellate practice
- Assist attorneys with document review and production; track production status
- Maintain and organize case files
- Support deposition, mediation, and trial preparation
- Collaborate with e-discovery staff to manage electronic files per firm standards
- Schedule case-related tasks such as witness and expert interviews
- Enter billing and expense data accurately and on time
- Ability to work overtime as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience (employment law preferred)
- Trial experience required
- Strong knowledge of discovery processes and e-discovery tools
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office Suite
