Are you a legal professional with a passion for client engagement and a track record in sales? We're seeking a dynamic Legal Sales Consultant to join our team and drive growth in the class action settlement administration space.
What You'll Do
- Identify and develop relationships with law firms and legal teams involved in class action litigation
- Serve as a subject matter expert on class action settlement services
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences
Must-Haves
- Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal education
- Experience in class action litigation or settlement administration
- Proven success in sales, business development, or client-facing roles
- Strong understanding of legal terminology and class action processes
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales tracking systems
Nice-to-Haves
- Bar admission (active or inactive)
- Experience working with plaintiff or defense firms
- Familiarity with claims administration platforms or legal tech tools
- Existing network of legal industry contacts
