Job DescriptionAs a Quality Auditor in our Distribution Center, you will be responsible for ensuring that outbound shipments meet our quality standards and that logistics operations are executed according to established procedures. You will conduct systematic audits across key processes, identify deviations, and collaborate with operational teams to implement corrective actions. Your role will be critical in reducing errors, maintaining process integrity, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform quality audits across receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping processes.
• Ensure compliance with company “Golden Rules” and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Document audit findings and generate detailed reports with improvement recommendations.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) using tools such as 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram, and 8D methodology.
• Monitor key quality performance indicators (KPIs) and support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Ensure proper identification, segregation, and handling of non-conforming products.
• Participate in internal and external audits related to the Quality Management System (QMS) and ISO 9001 standards.
• Train warehouse personnel on quality standards and best practices.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and customer focus within the distribution center.
Qualifications:
• 1 to 3 years of experience in warehouse or distribution center operations.
• Solid understanding of Quality Control principles and ISO 9001 standards.
• Experience with Lean methodologies and problem-solving tools.
• Ability to safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (certification preferred). **PIT driver required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, charts, data analysis).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Internal Auditor certification for ISO 9001.
Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Requirements:

-Must be able to pass drug Screen
-Must be able to provide 2 forms of rights to work documents (ex: ID & Social)
