<p><strong>Single Plaintiff Employment Litigation Associate Attorney (3-7+ years)</strong></p>
<p>Seeking associates/senior counsel with employment litigation experience, including:</p>
<ul>
<li>Defending single plaintiff harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination claims, charges, and lawsuits in state and federal court</li>
<li>Defending complaints and charges before the CRD, EEOC, and/or California Labor Commissioner</li>
<li>General employment-related advice and counsel </li>
<li>Preparing and responding to discovery requests</li>
<li>Conducting and defending depositions</li>
<li>Law and motion work: preparing and responding to dispositive motions, moving to compel arbitration, and discovery-related motions</li>
<li>Preparing case evaluations for clients </li>
<li>Proactive handling and/or management of cases</li>
<li>Preparing for and attending mediations, preparing mediation briefs</li>
<li>Attending court hearings, status conferences, arguing dispositive motions</li>
<li>Arbitration and trial experience</li>
<li>Excellent research and writing skills</li>
</ul>
<p>Candidates must be admitted to practice law in the State of California. </p>
