- Provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients experiencing medical emergencies\n\t
- Perform triage, assessments, and interventions quickly and effectively\n\t
- Administer medications, IV therapy, wound care, and life-saving interventions\n\t
- Collaborate with ED physicians and interdisciplinary teams\n\t
- Document patient care and condition accurately using electronic medical records\n\t
- Respond to emergency codes and participate in resuscitation efforts as needed\n\t
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment and care plans\n
\nEducation & Certification Requirements:\n\n
- \n\t
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN)\n\t
- Active California RN License (unencumbered)\n\t
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIHSS certifications required \n\t
- Minimum 1 year of recent ED experience in a hospital setting\n
