Position Summary&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; \n Reporting to the Charge Nurse/Shift Manager of the assigned area, the Operating Room Technician performs duties under the direction of the WCC OR Supervisor/Registered Nurse (RN). &nbsp;Responsible for providing high quality individualized basic care activities within the scope of practice. &nbsp;The WCC OR Technician is an individual who has received basic education and training to qualify him/her to function in delineated areas of patient care in the Operating Room as an assistant to the RN/MD (surgeon). &nbsp;Consults with Clinical Manager and Department Director as necessary. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; \n &nbsp;
