About Us:
We are looking to expand to this area and are looking for a full-time Staff Attorney to join our team. We will provide a fully equipped office and all necessary resources at no additional cost to support your success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and file legal complaints
• Conduct legal research and manage discovery
• Prepare and conduct depositions
• Collaborate closely with our legal team on ongoing litigation matters
• Represent clients in matters related to landlord-tenant law (training available if needed)
• Represent clients in Personal Injury

Requirements:

• Must be an active, licensed attorney in the state of California
• Strong writing and analytical skills
• Ability to manage cases independently with attention to detail
• Familiarity with landlord/tenant law is preferred, but not required if you are motivated and able to learn quickly
