We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic Structural Project Manager with 515 years of structural engineering experience. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is responsible, honest, detail-oriented, and leads by example. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a leadership position and can manage both projects and team members with a strong work ethic and collaborative spirit.

Qualifications & Experience:


  • B.S. Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering or related field
  • 515 years of post-degree experience in structural engineering
  • Licensed Professional Engineer preferred, but not required
  • Demonstrated experience in structural/civil design using wood, concrete, masonry, and steel
  • Proven ability to manage and lead structural engineering projects from design through completion
  • Experience overseeing design staff, coordinating with consultants, and managing client communication
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
  • Skilled in technical writing, including letters, reports, and specifications with minimal supervision
  • Proficient in engineering software including Excel, RISA, AutoCAD, and ENERCALC
  • Knowledge of 2D and 3D modeling techniques and interpretation of analysis results
  • Comfortable serving as project lead on complex assignments with autonomy and ownership
