Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Estimator / Project Manager to join our team in the Inland Empire area. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and has strong expertise in managing multi-stage construction projects.
The Estimator / Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing cost estimation, budgeting, and overall project cost management throughout the project lifecycle. Daily responsibilities include:

Preparing and submitting project estimates

Managing RFIs, change orders, and progress billings

Coordinating with foremen, work crews, inspectors, vendors, and city officials

Maintaining project budgets and timelines

Ensuring effective communication with clients and stakeholders
Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Prevailing State Wage and Federal Funded Projects
-
Expertise in Construction Estimating, Project Estimation, and Cost Management from project approval through closeout

Proficiency in budgeting, vendor relations, and material pricing negotiations

Strong communication skills (verbal & written) to collaborate with foremen, crews, and city officials

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Strong knowledge of Green Book Standards, SWPPP, MUTCD, Bid2Win, Excel, Dropbox, PlanetBids, and electronic bidding platforms (preferred)

Experience in the construction industry (Civil Engineering background strongly preferred)

Excellent analytical, decision-making, and time management skills

Attention to detail in reviewing project plans, specifications, and estimates

Adaptability to changing project requirements

Bilingual (Spanish) a plus but not required
Must-Have Requirements

Willing to undergo a background check (per local law/regulations)

Minimum 3 years of Civil Engineering experience

Minimum 3 years of Construction experience

Valid Driver’s License
