We are currently in need of a Commercial Litigation Associate!
We are looking for attorneys with proven defense-side commercial litigation experience in California state and federal courts, ideally gained at a mid-to-large size law firm. This experience should encompass one or more of the following areas:
- Business Litigation
- Probate or Fiduciary Litigation
- Real Estate Litigation
- Class Actions
Essential Qualifications:
- CA Bar Admission is required (no exceptions).
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
- Expertise in handling all aspects of discovery, including drafting/revising discovery, responding to, and objecting to discovery disputes.
- Excellent research, analytical, and brief writing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
