We are seeking a skilled and reliable Custom Demolition Worker to join our team. This role involves performing selective demolition on residential, commercial, and industrial structures according to project specifications. The ideal candidate has experience with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment, and can safely remove walls, flooring, fixtures, and other materials without causing structural damage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform precise demolition work based on blueprints, client specifications, or foreman direction

• Remove interior or structural components (e.g. drywall, flooring, cabinetry, concrete, framing, etc.)

• Operate hand tools, power tools, and light machinery safely and effectively

• Protect surrounding areas from dust and debris during demolition

• Sort and dispose of demolished materials in accordance with environmental and safety regulations

• Load and transport materials to and from job sites

• Work in a team environment to meet project deadlines

• Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures at all times

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas

• Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors about progress and issues

Requirements:

• 1+ year experience in demolition, construction, or related trade (custom/soft demo experience preferred)

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding labor

• Comfortable working in dusty, noisy, and potentially hazardous environments

• Familiarity with saws, grinders, jackhammers, pry bars, and other demo tools

• Reliable transportation to and from job sites

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to various locations if needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with selective demolition or high-end/custom remodels

• Knowledge of basic framing or construction principles
