  • Salary: $80,000 - 95,000

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled PCB Designer with expertise in Altium to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing printed circuit boards (PCBs) that meet specific requirements and standards. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical and mechanical principles, as well as proficiency in various design software.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop PCBs using Altium Designer software
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to define design specifications and requirements
  • Create and maintain PCB design documentation, including schematics and layout files
  • Conduct design reviews and provide feedback to improve the design process
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations for PCB design
  • Utilize GD&T principles in PCB design for accurate manufacturing
  • Work with manufacturing teams to troubleshoot and resolve design issues during the production process

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in PCB design using Altium Designer
  • Familiarity with drafting and design software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks
  • Knowledge of Protel software is a plus
  • Understanding of GD&T principles and their application in PCB design
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively
