Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available for the 2026/2027 school year in Sacramento, CA, serving multiple K-12 age groups within public school settings. This full-time contract position offers a caseload that may be divided between two school sites, providing diverse experience across grade levels.
Qualifications:
- Must hold an active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) license for Speech-Language Pathology in California
- Experience working in school-based settings preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to support students speech and language development
Position Details:
- Start Date: 2026/2027 academic year
- Hours: 35-40 hours per week
- Schedule: 5 days per week
- Caseload: K-12 student population with a possible split between two school locations
- Contract position for the full school year
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with state and federal guidelines
- Participate in student and team meetings as needed
