Job DescriptionLHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a prestigious law firm to identify an experienced Conflicts Attorney to join their team. This role is critical to ensuring compliance and mitigating risk across client engagements. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive conflict checks for new clients, matters, and lateral hires.
- Analyze and resolve potential conflicts of interest in accordance with firm policies and ethical standards.
- Draft and review engagement letters and waivers as needed.
- Collaborate with attorneys, business development teams, and risk management professionals to ensure timely clearance.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in conflicts databases.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active license in good standing.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Conflicts Attorney or in a similar risk management role within a law firm.
- Strong understanding of professional responsibility rules and conflict resolution processes.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with conflicts software and database systems preferred.
Pay Details: $65.00 to $75.00 per hour
