Job Description

Dermatology Practice in Beverly Hills & Santa Monica looking to hire a back office Medical Assistant/Scribe.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as exceptional organizational skills. As a medical assistant, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of patients, so it's crucial that you have a friendly and approachable demeanor. Your responsibilities will include assisting the physician with patient care, documenting patient information, and maintaining accurate medical records. Experience in a medical or healthcare setting, with a familiarity of medical terminology and electronic medical records is needed.

Job Summary

Rooming Patients
Patient Intake
Scribing for MD (EMA)
Assisting with biopsies
Assisting with excisions
Assisting with Mohs Surgery
Educating patients on cosmetic treatments and procedures
Educating patient on skin care products

This position requires someone who is detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. If you are up for the challenge, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you to advance your career in the medical industry.

Full time position: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm | Compensation based on experience
