We are seeking a part-time Bridal Consultant Salesperson to work in the fun and rewarding wedding industry. You will be responsible for helping brides-to-be find their dream wedding dress and accessories. You will also help mothers, bridesmaids, and prom customers shop for weddings, special occasions, and prom.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet with brides to understand their vision, style preferences, and wedding theme.
  • Suggest specific wedding gowns and accessories that complement the bride's body type, style, and wedding vision.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest bridal fashion trends, designers, and collections.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing questions, concerns, and special requests promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and create a positive shopping experience.
  • Help with floor recovery
  • Participate in bridal expos and other promotional events to showcase the salon's offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to connect with clients, understand their needs, and provide guidance in dress selection.
  • Experience in retail, preferably in the wedding or fashion industry.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to build rapport with customers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong selling skills
