Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess patients to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapeutic treatments to improve patients' mobility, reduce pain, and restore function.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and techniques for continued care at home.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
Qualifications:
- Must possess a valid California Physical Therapist license.
- Experience or interest in Orthopedics is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
