<p>Ongoing Handyman Duties and Responsibilities</p>
<ul>
<li>Performs general cleaning duties of buildings or properties.</li>
<li>Update drywall and paint as needed</li>
<li>Help with tile or flooring installation</li>
<li>Assist with trim carpentry or exterior siding</li>
<li>Perform basic electrical and plumbing maintenance</li>
<li>Alert management and tenants to scheduled maintenance or remodeling</li>
<li>Experience with gneral upkeep of vehicles, a plus.</li>
