Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT / LCSW / LPCC)

Location: El Cerrito, CA
Employment Type: Full-Time (W2)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $115,000 – $125,000 annually
Benefits: Full benefits package

Position Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC) to join our integrated primary care team. This role provides brief, evidence-based therapy for adults with mild to moderate concerns, with strong support from interdisciplinary care teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and provide short-term therapy (10–12 sessions)
• Use evidence-based approaches including CBT, behavioral activation, and PST
• Screen for behavioral health needs, trauma, and substance use concerns
• Facilitate psychoeducational groups and coordinate referrals as needed
• Maintain timely, compliant documentation in the EMR
• Participate in team meetings, consults, and care coordination

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, MFT, Counseling, or related field
• Active CA LMFT/LCSW/LPCC license (associate registration accepted; supervision provided)
• Minimum 1 year clinical experience
• DSM-5 knowledge and evidence-based treatment familiarity
• Basic Microsoft Office and EMR proficiency (OCHIN Epic preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

• Integrated or community health background
• Trauma-informed training
• Spanish fluency is a plus
