<li>Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the vehicle, ensuring their safety and comfort&nbsp; </li>
<li>Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, conducting regular inspections and reporting any maintenance or repair needs&nbsp; </li>
<li>Communicate effectively with passengers, providing assistance and answering questions or concerns they may have&nbsp; </li>
<li>Follow established routes and schedules, ensuring timely arrival at each destination&nbsp; </li>
<li>Complete required paperwork documentation accurately and in a timely manner&nbsp; </li>
<li>Maintain a professional, positive image and attitude with regard to clients and people</li>
</ul>
Skills:&nbsp; 
<ul>
<li>Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with passengers&nbsp; </li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately&nbsp; </li>
<li>Physical ability to perform heavy lifting as needed&nbsp; </li>
<li>Basic knowledge of operating wheelchair equipment&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
Requirements&nbsp; 
<ul>
<li>Must pass background and drug test&nbsp; </li>
<li>18 years of age or older </li>
<li>CPR certification (preferred) </li>
<li>Previous experiences with mental and developmental illnesses (preferred)&nbsp; </li>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent&nbsp;</li>
