The Stephanie Younger Group at Compass is now hiring for our Agent Launch Pad (ALP) Sales Intern Program—a 90-day paid experience designed to give you a fast, structured, and supported entry into the real estate industry.
What You’ll Gain:

- Mastery of lead generation, sales conversion tactics and setting appointments
- Practicing and mastering sales scripts and presentations

Your Responsibilities:
- Make 150+ prospecting calls/emails/texts per day
- Set a minimum of 30 qualified appointments in 90 days
- Shadow open houses, proficiency in MLS, FUB and our SYG Buyer Consultation Presentation
- Learn our proprietary sales system and CRM workflows
- Collaborate closely with agents, sales managers, and leadership
Schedule:
Part-Time, Monday - Friday, not to exceed 29 hours/week. (No weekends required unless attending open houses.)
Location:
This is an in office job located in Westchester, CA.
Pay Perks:
$18/hour
$25 bonus for every set-and-met appointment
