What You'll Do

• Manage employment law cases from intake through resolution
• Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and trial documents
• Take and defend depositions regularly
• Argue motions and appear before judges
• Collaborate with clients on case strategy and maintain strong communication
• Support mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations
• Assist in trial preparation and serve as second chair when appropriate

What You Bring

• Active California Bar membership
• 1–5 years of civil litigation experience (employment law preferred)
• Excellent research, writing, and advocacy skills
• Ability to manage cases independently while working within a collaborative team
• Trial preparation experience is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $130,000 – $150,000, based on experience
