Job Details
• Registered Nurse in Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) specialty.
• Requires minimum 3 years CVOR experience.
• Previous acute care hospital experience and DaVinci XI experience preferred.

Job Requirements
• Current and valid California RN License preferred.
• Current BLS certificate (American Heart Association or Red Cross).
• Current ACLS certificate (American Heart Association or Red Cross).
• Minimum 3 years CVOR experience.
• Must pass Prime Basic Pharmacology Exam with 80% or higher.
• Must pass Prime Basic Rhythm Interpretation Screening with 80% or higher.
• Prime CA Sexual Harassment Prevention Training valid for 2 years.
• COVID-19 vaccination and booster required or declination completed.
• Proof of immunity or vaccination for MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B (declinations not accepted), Influenza (declinations not accepted during flu season), Tdap, and TB test within one year of start date.
• Annual respirator fit test required.
• Driver's license, State ID, or Passport required.
• Annual physical/health statement stating clear to work.
• National criminal background check within one year of start date.
• Prime OIG, SAM/EPLS checks required.
• Prime Agency Attestation and other professional documentation required.

Schedule Information
• 5 x 8-hour days, 40 hours per week.
• Shifts vary between 0630 - 1500 and 1045 - 1900.
• Some call and call back required.
• Shifts are Monday - Friday with on call 2-3 days per week depending on experience and cases.
• Every other weekend on call.

• Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) unit.

Additional Details
• Nursys license verification may be confirmed online.
• Prime Basic Pharmacology and Rhythm Interpretation exams must be passed with 80% or higher.
• Prime Core Competencies Exam and Prime Specialty Exam must be passed with 80% or higher.
• Prime Skills Checklist does not expire on assignment.
• Prime Color-blind test required annually.
• Prime Criminal Background Check exceptions for certain states and units.
• Prime Badge Photo may be requested for onboarding.
• Prime Orientation Packet includes Essentials Form and Post Test.
• Prime Job Description must be signed by employee.
• Prime Education Verification required.
• DCI/BVP training for Workplace Violence Prevention required.
• Prime Drug Screening (minimum 10-panel test) within 60 days of start, including THC saliva test for CA locations.
• Name Verification Affidavit required for any name discrepancies between credentials.
