Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This full-time position offers a rewarding opportunity to provide Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) services in a dynamic school setting serving students from pre-school through 12th grade. With a focus on supporting pediatric populations across elementary, middle, and high school levels, the role involves managing a diverse K-12 caseload with students at varying stages of communication development.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive speech and language evaluations and assessments for students across all grade levels
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans targeting speech, language, and communication goals
- Collaborating with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Monitoring student progress and adjusting therapy strategies as needed
- Maintaining thorough documentation and complying with all state and federal guidelines
Qualifications and desired experience:
- Valid and current license or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with experience working in pediatric and school-based settings
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with students ranging from pre-school through 12th grade
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with families and school staff
- Flexibility to manage a full K-12 caseload and adapt to varying student needs
Location: Vina, CA
Contract duration: Immediate start through the end of the school year, with candidates interested in part-time or full-time commitments encouraged to apply.
