Position Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled, self-driven Senior Project Manager with a robust background in manufacturing and technical operations. This role will lead complex, cross-functional initiatives, ensuring schedule adherence and contributing to technical assessments and process optimizations across the organization. The successful candidate will have the ability to lead with influence, work effectively under pressure, and drive meaningful outcomes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and facilitate cross-functional project meetings; document and communicate outcomes and action items clearly.
2. Drive proactive follow-up on all action items, receivables, and deliverables to ensure project momentum and accountability.
3. Own, manage, and maintain complex project schedules across multiple teams and departments.
4. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, managers, and executives, both verbally and in writing.
5. Participate in technical discussions and contribute to decision-making processes with sound engineering judgment.
6. Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements that drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.

2. Strong, confident communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
3. Comfortable working in high-ambiguity environments while maintaining focus on goals.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including statistical analysis proficiency.
5. Deep understanding of Bill of Materials (BOM) hierarchy and product master data systems.
6. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Solid State Physics.
2. Minimum 7 years of project management or technical leadership experience in a manufacturing-related business.
3. Experience in Solid State manufacturing or mobile communication device production is highly desirable.
4. Strong knowledge of supply chain operations, PCB fabrication, and related manufacturing processes.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

1. Familiarity with ERP systems and manufacturing execution systems (MES).
2. Experience working with international suppliers and contract manufacturers.
3. Formal project management training or certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile) is a plus.
