Job Description

Job Title: Sr. FICO Business Analyst

Location: Livermore, CA (Hybrid – 2 days onsite: Tuesday & Wednesday)

Compensation: $80–$100/hr (Contract) or $135K–$185K base (FTE) + 7.5% target bonus (paid twice per year)

Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).


Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of SAP FICO experience
  • Hands-on experience with SAP ECC and S/4 HANA
  • Strong SAP FICO configuration and integration knowledge
  • Experience leading projects and using PM tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
  • Deep understanding of finance business processes
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required; certifications preferred


Job Description:

A global technology company is seeking a Sr. FICO Business Analyst to support both SAP ECC and S/4 HANA environments. The role involves project leadership, production support, ticket resolution, and collaboration with technical teams to design and implement solutions. The analyst will work closely with finance stakeholders to align IT solutions with business needs.

Work Schedule: Hybrid – 2 days onsite weekly, occasional 3rd day as needed
