Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of restoration projects, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Manage and train team members on restoration techniques and safety protocols.
• Conduct site assessments to determine scope of work and develop action plans.
• Communicate effectively with clients, insurance adjusters, and contractors.
• Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies, ensuring readiness for projects.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout all projects.
• Prepare and submit project documentation and reports as required.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in restoration or construction management.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members.
• Knowledge of restoration techniques, equipment, and safety practices.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• IICRC certification in water damage restoration is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including on-call shifts as needed.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
