Are you a Microsoft Word power user with a passion for automation? Join our team as the technical architect for legal document production. This role focuses on building advanced templates, macros, and tools to streamline workflows for legal staff and ensure compliance with court formatting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and maintain complex Microsoft Word templates using styles, multilevel numbering, and cross-references.
Develop VBA macros and UserForms to automate repetitive tasks.
Customize the Microsoft Office Ribbon (RibbonX/XML) for firm-specific tools.
Troubleshoot and repair document formatting issues and corrupt structures.
Train staff on new templates and automation tools.
Required Qualifications:
Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Expert certification in Word – REQUIRED
Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Word (Developer tab, field codes, content controls).
Advanced VBA programming for Word automation.
Experience with RibbonX/XML customization.
3–5 years in a law firm or corporate legal department preferred.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills; extreme attention to detail.
