Litigation Attorney

Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Litigation Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for representing clients in a variety of litigation matters, with a strong emphasis on personal injury cases. This role requires exceptional analytical skills and the ability to develop effective case strategies.

Compensation: Competitive base and percentage of collected fees

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in court and other legal proceedings
  • Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
  • Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
  • Review and analyze evidence and legal documents
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
  • Manage case files and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
  • Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience
  • Personal Injury experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Trial experience is a plus
