Type: Full-Time

Pay: $17 per hour
Monday to Friday: 8am - 4:30pm

About Us:

Growing custom apparel company dedicated to delivering high-quality products to our clients. We specialize in logo printing to clothing and rugs. We are looking for a detail-oriented Heat Press Operator to join our production team.

Responsibilities:

Operate commercial heat press machinery to apply designs, logos, and numbers to garments (t-shirts, hoodies, jerseys, hats, etc.).

Prepare and weed vinyl transfers, DTF (Direct to Film) transfers, or screen print transfers.

Ensure proper alignment, temperature, pressure, and dwell time for different fabric types.

Inspect finished products for quality assurance (checking for peeling, scorching, or misalignment).

Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Fold and pack finished orders for shipping or pickup.

Requirements:

Previous experience with heat press equipment or in a print shop environment is preferred.

Strong attention to detail—alignment must be precise.

Ability to stand for long periods and lift boxes up to [30-50] lbs.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.

Reliable transportation and punctuality.

Bilingual a Plus - Spanish and English
