Position Overview
As Senior Civil Project Manager, you'll leverage your engineering expertise and leadership skills to oversee complex public works and land development projects, while mentoring a talented team of engineers and designers.
Essential Responsibilities
- Direct and mentor engineering design teams while ensuring project quality and compliance
- Manage project lifecycles, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- Develop and oversee technical specifications, construction documents, and cost estimates
- Lead infrastructure projects including municipal utilities, roadways, and drainage systems
- Coordinate with governmental agencies and stakeholders to ensure project success
- Provide technical oversight of AutoCAD Civil 3D deliverables
- Foster client relationships and drive business development initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 6-12 years of progressive civil engineering experience
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Professional Engineering (PE) license
- Proven experience managing public infrastructure projects
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Excellence in team leadership and client communication
- Valid driver's license with clean record
