About the Role
This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in the legal field. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, ensuring a professional and positive experience while gathering essential case information for our attorneys.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients via phone and email; make outbound calls to inquiries.
- Collect and document case details to determine eligibility based on firm criteria.
- Manage the initial stages of client relationships with professionalism and care.
- Utilize case management software to maintain accurate records.
- Perform administrative tasks as needed.
- Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- High attention to detail in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
- Professional demeanor and ability to handle sensitive information.
- Basic administrative experience preferred (not required).
- High school diploma required.
- Ability to sit for extended periods and lift up to 15 lbs occasionally.
Compensation
· Hourly Rate: $23 per hour base pay with annual increases of $2.00 through your third work anniversary.
- Performance bonuses: First-year total compensation typically $26–$28/hour
