The Quality Control Lead oversees daily quality control operations and guides QC Technicians to ensure compliance with regulatory, customer, and SQF standards. This position acts as a liaison between the QA/QC Manager and production teams, assists in leading investigations, supports internal and external audits, and ensures consistent execution of quality programs. The QC Lead serves as a mentor and point of escalation for the QC team. The Lead assists in managing inspection and testing protocols, conducting sensory evaluations, verifying documentation, and enforcing GMPs and HACCP controls. This role contributes to continuous improvement, ensuring that raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods meet safety and quality specifications.
