Senior Attorney - Personal Injury

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Attorney with extensive experience in litigation and personal injury law. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing complex legal cases, providing expert legal advice, and representing clients in court. This role requires strong analytical skills, a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services, and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee a caseload of complex personal injury litigation cases.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
- Prepare and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery.
- Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and depositions.
- Provide clients with expert legal advice and guidance throughout the litigation process.
- Work collaboratively with junior attorneys and legal staff to ensure effective case management.
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients in a professional and strategic manner.
Qualifications
- California licensed attorney.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in litigation and personal injury law.
- Proven track record of successful case management and trial experience.
- Strong understanding of legal principles and court procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work on-site.
