Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Promote and maintain quality patient care through effective management of total patient care services during assigned shift
\n• Utilize skills and knowledge to sustain and evaluate competence in care of adult medical-surgical patient population
\n• Current California RN license required with nursing degree from accredited school
\n• BLS certification required
\n• Medical-surgical experience required
\n• Operating knowledge of Electronic Medical Records preferred
\n• Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills
\n• Must effectively communicate in English both verbally and written
\n• Demonstrate interpersonal relationships that enhance communication, promote conflict resolution, and facilitate staff development
\n• Interface professionally, tactfully, and respectfully with patients, residents, family members, staff, general public, and governmental agency representatives
\n• Basic computer skills required
