Job DescriptionResidential Coordinator LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Residential Coordinator for our nonprofit client in South San Jose. This position will be 100% onsite and a full-time, swing shift schedule . This position will be focused on supporting our client's interim housing site ensuring safety of program guests and staff, helping to provide facility tours, assist with administrative duties, and provide de-escalation when needed. Interested candidates must feel comfortable working with individuals experiencing homelessness, including those who may be suffering from substance abuse and/or mental health ailments. Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Experience working with the unhoused population strongly desired, not required
- Must be proficient working within Microsoft Office
Skills
- Strong verbal communication skills and ability to de-escalate situations
- Can work well independently and analytically problem solve
- Ability to work well under pressure and respond in crisis situations
- Able to be compassionate and empathetic to others while being able to maintain professional boundaries
Pay Details: $24.00 to $30.00 per hour
