Deliver comprehensive nursing care within a dynamic healthcare environment focused on ICU, Step Down Unit, Med Surg, Day Stay Unit, PACU, and ER settings. This role demands advanced clinical skills, critical thinking, and the ability to oversee a multidisciplinary team, ensuring seamless patient care and safety across all assigned units.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and provide nursing care tailored to patient needs in various acute care units.
  • Maintain and update competencies required for ICU, Step Down, Med Surg, Day Stay, PACU, and ER settings.
  • Supervise and delegate care responsibilities to ancillary staff within their respective scopes of practice.
  • Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition with appropriate interventions.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) licensure with stepdown or critical care experience.
  • Proven ability to manage care across multiple specialized units including ICU and Emergency Room.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively supervise ancillary personnel.
  • Commitment to maintaining clinical competencies relevant to all assigned units.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.
