Electrician – TNT Electric Co.
Compensation: $35–$40 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time (40+ hours per week)
Experience Required: Minimum 4 years journeyman-level electrical experience
Credentialing: Journeyman card preferred but not required
Position Overview
TNT Electric Co. is seeking a highly skilled, self-directed Electrician capable of performing all duties with minimal oversight. This role requires strong technical proficiency, sound judgment, and the ability to complete assigned tasks safely, efficiently, and in full alignment with the National Electrical Code (NEC).
Key Responsibilities
• Perform residential and light commercial electrical installations and repairs
• Complete panel upgrades, full or partial re-wires, and service changes
• Troubleshoot electrical systems and resolve issues efficiently
• Ensure strict compliance with NEC standards and all applicable regulations
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
• Communicate professionally with clients, supervisors, and team members
• Work independently while meeting project deadlines and quality expectations
Qualifications
• Minimum 4 years journeyman-level electrical experience
• Demonstrated experience with re-wires, panel upgrades, and code-compliant installations
• Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code
• Proven ability to operate independently without direct supervision
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Professional demeanor, punctuality, and strong problem-solving ability
