The talented staff consists of educators, occupational, speech and behavioral therapists, and mental health professionals.

Position Overview
The Occupational Therapist (OT) will work as an integral member of our interdisciplinary team, providing direct therapy services to students and collaborating with teachers and specialists to support student success. The OT will assess and develop treatment plans, deliver services as outlined in students IEPs, contribute to team meetings, and provide consultation to staff and families. This full-time position reports to the Clinical Director. The OT may also oversee a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) and supervise OT fieldwork students from local universities. Participation in Extended School Year (June-July) is required.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct therapy services to students (approximately 70% of time)
- Conduct evaluations and write reports in accordance with IEP timelines
- Complete all OT components of the IEP (e.g. present levels, goals, progress reports, etc.)
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Maintain clear and timely documentation
- Provide consultation and collaboration with teachers, aides, specialists, and parents
- Support classroom teams with implementation of motor, sensory, and executive function supports and strategies
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and student planning
- Contribute to staff training and parent education as needed
- Participate in in-service education and presents in-service programs as assigned
- Participate in performance improvement activities as assigned
- Attend all IEP meetings, team meetings, and/or parent meetings as scheduled
- Supervise and provide direction to a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
- Supervise Level I/II occupational therapy fieldwork students as needed
Qualifications
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) in California
- 35 years of experience working with autistic students (preferred)
- School-based experience strongly preferred
- Strong collaborative skills and comfort working on an interdisciplinary team
- Familiarity with sensory integration, assistive technology, and school-based documentation
- Passion for supporting neurodivergent learners
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: Up to $105,000, commensurate with experience
- 32 paid holidays during the academic year (mid-August to mid-July)
- Mid-July to mid-August fully paid time off
- 5 paid sick days
