Compensation:
The base salary for this position typically ranges from $145,000to $182,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including relevant skills, experience, job-related expertise, and geographic location. Depending on the position, target bonuses and other forms of compensation may also be offered as part of a comprehensive total rewards package, which includes a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits

Position Summary:
The ERP Manager is responsible for developing, planning, implementing, and maintaining the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to support organizational goals and drive operational efficiency. This role defines the scope of enhancement projects, sets timelines, assigns responsibilities, and oversees progress to ensure successful implementation. The ERP Manager evaluates and recommends system changes aligned with evolving business needs and leads the adoption of new processes that align with ERP capabilities.
Reporting to the VP of IS/IT, this position manages relationships with functional leads and department managers and leads a team responsible for day-to-day ERP operations. The role requires limited supervision and a high level of judgment, leadership, and technical expertise to meet departmental goals and stay within budget.
Primary Responsibilities
ERP Project Management:
- Lead and deliver complex ERP projects by designing and implementing innovative business and technology solutions across multiple divisions. Manage engagement risks, project economics, planning, budgeting, and stakeholder alignment.
- System Sustainment & Optimization: Maintain and update the ERP system to ensure accurate, efficient, and reliable operations. Analyze data processing modules for improvement opportunities and implement enhancements. Monitor and resolve data integrity issues. Ensure system uptime with appropriate Service Level Objectives (SLOs) using the ITIL framework for Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
- Vendor Management: Oversee vendor contracts and relationships to ensure seamless and reliable delivery of ERP-related services and support.
People Management:
- Recruit, onboard, train, and develop team members while maintaining a safe, secure, and compliant work environment.
- Set and communicate clear performance expectations; monitor, coach, and appraise performance to support team success.
- Develop and enforce systems, policies, and procedures that promote productivity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality internal service by identifying trends, resolving service issues, and recommending process improvements.
Problem Management
- Lead and coordinate problem management activities to ensure a holistic, end-to-end (E2E) view of incidents, identifying root causes and implementing long-term solutions.
- Maintain oversight of change requests and risk assessments, ensuring that all changes are documented, tested, and validated after deployment.
- Ensure that all upgrades and changes are aligned with business continuity and compliance standards.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of IT experience, including ERP and business application expertise.
- At least 5 years of project management experience, including oversight of technical staff and financial resources across project life cycles.
- 3+ years of people management experience with proven success in team development, performance management, and cross-functional leadership.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Experience writing technical documentation and user guides.
- Experience in the food, produce, or CPG industries is strongly preferred.
- Ability to navigate stairs frequently throughout the workday.
