Job Details
Responsibilities
- Handle all aspects of federal-court class actions and consumer arbitrations from inception to conclusion
- Run your own cases
- Handle federal court and consumer arbitration hearings, depositions, and mediations
- Actively litigate federal-court data privacy and consumer protection class actions
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience
- Federal-court litigation experience required
- Class action experience preferred
- Data privacy and cybersecurity litigation experience preferred
- FINRA, AAA, or JAMS forum experience preferred
- Excellent writing skills
- Big Law experience, a federal clerkship, or government experience (SEC/FTC/US attorneys’ office/state regulator) preferred
