Job DescriptionCake Designer Schedule:&nbsp;Sunday – Thursday | 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM Location:&nbsp;Sacramento, CAPay: $21/hour (negotiable based on experience) Duties:

<li>Design and decorate cakes to meet company standards and customer expectations</li>
<li>Oversee and supervise the cake production line and support staff</li>
<li>Maintain quality and consistency in all cake designs</li>
<li>Ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety standards in the cake department</li>
<li>Collaborate with bakery management to develop new designs and seasonal offerings</li>
<li>Provide training and guidance to cake decorating team</li>
<li>Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and supervisors</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Proven experience in cake decorating/design</li>
<li>Strong artistic skills and attention to detail</li>
<li>Leadership or supervisory experience preferred</li>
<li>Excellent communication and organizational skills</li>
<li>Ability to work early morning shifts and stand for long periods</li>
