Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A credentialed bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is sought for a per diem position working with a third-grade student in early childhood and elementary school settings. This role requires expertise in pediatrics, school-based therapy, and healthcare environments, with a strong emphasis on conducting independent education evaluations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment and therapy services focused on speech and language development for a third-grade student.
- Conduct independent education evaluations to inform and support individualized education plans.
- Collaborate with educators and other professionals to integrate speech-language goals within the academic environment.
- Document student progress and adapt interventions based on student needs and feedback.
Qualifications:
- Credentialed bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist licensed to practice in California.
- Experience working in school settings, specifically with pediatric populations.
- Demonstrated knowledge of independent educational evaluations and related procedures.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with students, families, and educational teams.
