Location: Fremont, CA

Shift:

Day Shift: 6:45a.m. to 3:15p.m. , pay is $21.50/hr

Swing Shift: 3:45p.m. to 12:15a.m., pay is $23.00/hr

First week will be from 10am.. to 5p.m. for orientation & training

+ About the job:

As a Manufacturing Operator I, you’ll support multiple departments in safely and efficiently moving and assembling products through each stage of production. This role involves hands-on electronic assembly work, machine operation, and final packaging of servers and racks.

+ We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a high school diploma or equivalent
• Brings 1–2 years of related experience using hand tools and assembling computer or electronic equipment
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions and procedures
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods

+ What you’ll do:

• Unpack, prep, and install components by following written work instructions
• Assemble servers and racks using hand tools and power screwdrivers
• Build complex components and sub-assemblies with attention to detail
• Use cable labeling machines to label parts according to rack specifications
• Set up and operate automatic or semi-automatic production equipment
• Package, move, and stage finished products throughout the production area
